If you want to delete your tweets, Twitlan is a very easy way to do that. Using this twitter tool you can select and delete multiple tweets at once. Load any number of tweets you want to delete, select the tweets you want to delete and your tweets get deleted in bulk.

This application loads 100 tweets by default, you can load more tweets (say 500 or 1000). Loading of more tweets may take some time. I have tried loading upto 1000 tweets, it works fine.
Now, you need to select the tweets you want to delete by checking the corresponding boxes. Now if you want to delete all the loaded tweets, it may again take lot of time. Here's a simple solution:
Use Mozilla firefox as your browser and install checkfox addon. Using this plugin you can check any number of boxes very easily and quickly. To use, select area of page with checkbox(es), and then right-click. You should see Check and/or Uncheck depending on the clicked or unclicked state of the checkboxes.
